Welcome!

Vought Veterinary Services is a Mixed Animal Veterinary Clinic and Mobile Veterinary Service founded by Danielle Vought, DVM in August 2015.
It is centered around her home in Derry, PA.

Dr. Danielle L. Vought graduated from Seton Hill University, in Greensburg, PA, in May 2008 before earning her veterinary degree from Purdue University, School of Veterinary Medicine, in West Lafayette, IN in May 2012. Once becoming licensed in Pennsylvania, she worked diligently to develop her skills as a Mixed Animal Practitioner as she practiced as an associate at Ridgeview Veterinary Clinic in Derry, PA for 3 years, worked shortly at Geary Veterinary Services in Lemont Furnace, PA, and worked at two sister clinics, Avalon Veterinary Hospital in Avalon, PA and Seven Fields Veterinary Hospital in Seven Fields, PA for 3 1/2 years. After her first job with Ridgeview, she started this mobile clinic out of her home with nothing more than a tray of vaccines. Being originally from Meyersdale, PA, Somerset County, she loves western PA and all that it has to offer, including small animals, pocket pets, horses, and farm animals. Through a lot of hard work and dedication, Dr. Vought has grown the business into what it is today.

Through the American Veterinary Medical Foundation’s Veterinary Care Charitable Fund, our hospital is able to help animals rescued from abuse and neglect and the pets of clients facing personal hardships.  Your donations to the AVMF on behalf of our hospital will help us help animals.
